BUJK Rights and Obligations

1. Obtain information regarding the requirements, costs and certification status process for business entities applying for the certification process at LSBU PT ASKONAS;
2. Receive an explanation regarding incomplete document information;
3. Submit a complaint via the web or email regarding certification process services;
4. Submit an appeal via the web or email regarding the certification decision by LSBU PT ASKONAS starting 14 days after the result of the decision;

1. Fulfill all certification requirements as determined by LSBU PT ASKONAS;
2. Fulfill all conformity requirements based on the established Certification Scheme and regulations related to the certification of applicable construction service business entities;
3. Sign the certification agreement letter;
4. Providing access to information and facilities required by LSBU PT ASKONAS in carrying out certification, evaluation and surveillance as well as investigating complaints or community participation if necessary;
5. Notifying LSBU PT ASKONAS regarding changes in organization and management, legality, quality systems, or any changes that may affect its ability to meet standard certification requirements;
6. Stop the use of advertisements containing any references, in the event of suspension, revocation or termination of certification;
7. Maintaining the reputation of LSBU PT ASKONAS by using certificates issued by LSBU PT ASKONAS in accordance with its regulations and not making misleading or invalid statements regarding certification results;
8. Notify LSBU PT ASKONAS if it provides a copy of the certification document in whole or in part to another side;
9. Maintain records of all complaints related to compliance with certification requirements including actions taken to resolve complaints and provide them to LSBU PT ASKONAS if necessary;
10. Business entities are required to maintain business entity certificates resulting from certification through a surveillance mechanism implemented by LSBU PT ASKONAS;
